Modern Farmhouse

This is the story of a one-story ranch home that wanted to be a two-story farmhouse all while using it’s existing foundation and maintaining the rear yard pool and landscaping.  Additional goals were to create high ceilings with flexible multi-functional spaces and maximize natural light.
